4. Payment Terms

Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and strategies developed by UniLeads Lab remain the property of UniLeads Lab until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership rights will transfer to the client, except for any third-party materials or tools used under license.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

UniLeads Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

10. Changes to Terms

UniLeads Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
